Canon has a new Xeed multimedia projector called the WUX5000, which has a full HD (1,920 x 1,080-pixel) resolution and a choice of three optional interchangeable lenses.
Depending on the needs and room size, the user can swap between a standard zoom, a long zoom and a fixed short-focus lens.
The WUX5000 has a panel based on LCOS (liquid crystal on silicon) technology, and features a brightness level of 5,000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 1,000:1.
Inputs include HDMI v1.3, DVI-D, analogue PC terminals, two audio inputs and one audio output for external speakers. The WUX5000 itself comes built-in with a 5-watt speaker.
The WUX5000 is available now for a recommended retail price of RM27,999.
